Côtes du Ventoux

The Chateau Tour des Genets is a newly established wine estate erected in 2004
The estate is 20-hectares of vines that produce our famous Côte du Ventoux. Our oldest vines were planted in 1922. Our wines draw their quality and character from a chalky soil.
The vines face the famous Mount Ventoux which allows us to benefit from a particularly interesting microclimate. This is also due to the mountainous orientation around the vineyard (Mount Ventoux, Dentelles de Montmirail and Mount de Venasques). The characteristic of our Mediterranean climate also offers a naturally controlled rainfall and more than 300 days of sunshine per annum.

Our red wines are made up from Syrah, Grenache and Carignan and whites consist of Grenache blanc and Cinsault.

In 2004 we have created Château Tour des Genêts.

Our team is made up from two permanent employees and we also hire about ten people during the grape picking.
