Funny Rosé

CUVEE ROSE 2009
Grape varieties: 70 % grenache, 5 % Syrah, 25 % Cinsault.
Harvest: Hand harvest sorted on a sorting table.
Vinification: The Grenache and Syrah grapes were de-stemmed then once in the cellar maintained at a temperature of 15°C.
These two grapes were vat bled (the juice drawn off and put in another tank); as for the Clairette, once de-stemmed the grapes were kept at 15°C and then slowly pressed using a four and a quarter hour program in order to extract the juice with minimum pressure (to ensure maximum aroma). A few days later we racked the must (separation of the lees).
Tasting Notes:
Grapes selected from old and younger vines went into the production of our first rosé which for us symbolizes PARTY TIME! Enjoy before meals, with barbecues, salads or grilled meat. Serve at 10 ° C!
