Cuvée Petit Fruité, rouge 2007      12,5 °
Grape varieties: 20% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 45% vieux Carignan


Harvest: Hand harvest sorted on a sorting table


Vinification:
The grapes are de-stalked then cooled to 10°C and vatted for 30 days. During vatting the juice from the bottom of the vat is pumped over the cap daily. Malo-lactic fermentation in cement vats.


Tasting Notes: With its cherry-red robe, this wine gives off sun ripened red fruit aromas including red and black currant. The fresh, supple palate is a joy. A fruity red to enjoy from now, lightly cooled for the summer.
